Personal Service

A trained legal assistant will be assigned to your case. If Mr. O'Rourke is unavailable, the legal assistant will take your phone calls, and convey your questions, concerns and comments to Mr. O'Rourke and get answers back to you within 24 hours. You can call to make an appointment to meet with Mr. O'Rourke or your legal assistant any time you like.

The Law Offices of James F. O'Rourke Jr. & Associates maintain all information related to clients and legal representation in the strictest confidence.

Hours and Appointments

Our office hours are 7:30 am to 10:00 pm daily.

For an appointment, please call 503-221-1425

If you have any emergency we will see you the same day if at all  possible. In non-emergency situations we can normally schedule an appointment for you within two days.

Home, hospital, evening and weekend appointments are available.
