If Mr. O'Rourke is unavailable, the legal assistant will take your phone calls, and convey your questions, concerns and comments to Mr. O'Rourke and get answers back to you within 24 hours. You can call to make an appointment to meet with Mr. O'Rourke or your legal assistant any time you like.
